Snowed in, loyalty on trial
Snow has shut a man inside a cabin with his girlfriend’s stepmom, and neither can get away. She treats the time as a test: will he stay true to her stepdaughter or not? Every conversation doubles as a question about where his loyalty lies. It is a one-location story: the snow keeps them in, and his girlfriend is somewhere else.
Episode 1: the cabin
The episode is about 58 seconds long. It opens by a fireplace, around 0:04: she waits with her arms folded, bare-legged in an oversized white shirt, while he walks in wearing a parka covered in snow. He soon swaps his wet clothes for a dry white T-shirt, after a short stretch shirtless at about 0:19 to 0:25, and that is as much skin as the episode shows. While he changes, she stays by the fire, watching him and talking, the top buttons of her shirt undone. At about 0:30, in the kitchen corner, she moves in close and puts a hand flat on his chest as she speaks.
Later, around 0:40, they share the sofa, each holding a coffee, a blanket across her knees, and he keeps his eyes off her. The ending, from about 0:48, brings them close by the fire: she leans in to speak near his face, her collar open, and their faces almost touch. Both stay dressed, and the episode ends before anything happens between them.
