Where Lexi Luna’s name appears
Lexi Luna is the credited name here, and the synopsis gives that name to Kyle’s mom, who is in charge of the holiday meal. The only other Candy Shorts series that carries her name in both the cast and the synopsis is Honeymoon With My Mother-In-Law, and the pair are priced above the typical open series.
The premise: a seat at someone else’s table
With no plans of his own for the holiday, Ryan accepts Kyle’s invitation to eat with his family. The meal is Kyle’s mother’s job. The game is on in the living room, and she keeps inventing tasks that need Ryan’s help at the stove. The series plays on that short walk from the couch to the counter, with everyone else a wall away.
Episode 1 in the holiday kitchen
Episode 1 runs 1:08 in a house decorated for autumn. For the whole episode she wears a tight, low-cut red dress under a white apron, and nothing gets more revealing than that.
Most of the action happens by the counter where the roast turkey sits. Around 0:28 a man’s hands knot the strings of her apron as she turns her head toward the camera. Around 0:40 a series of close-ups catches her smiling while the man beside her holds up a spoon for a taste. Earlier, a quick cut to the living room shows two men on the couch following the game. In the last shots, by the bright kitchen window, a man in a grey sweater stands close with his hand at her waist while she smiles at him. Nobody undresses, and the tone stays playful.
Free episodes and the price
